A representational design can be used to convey a message to the viewer. 
It can be the expression of a religion, depict an important event, or be a 
reflection of the owner. The designs may be realistic or symbolic. 
While there are some design limitations, due to the nature of the medium, 
stained glass can be as expressive as other art forms.
